Matthew W.
Sparks joined Shamoun & Norman as a law clerk in
2007, before completing law school. After earning a
Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of
Law in Newark, New Jersey in 2009, Mr. Sparks
relocated to Dallas, Texas to continue at Shamoun &
Norman as an associate. His practice now encompasses
both commercial litigation and transactional
matters.
During law school, as part of Seton Hall’s Juvenile
Justice Clinic, Mr. Sparks successfully represented
juvenile criminal defendants charged with a wide
array of serious and petty crimes. Prior to law
school, Mr. Sparks earned a baccalaureate degree
from Manhattan School of Music in New York, New
York.
