Lisa
C. Bozalis was admitted to the Texas Bar in
November, 2005. Ms. Bozalis' primary practice focus
is in commercial transactions, where she represents
a variety of corporate clients.
Ms. Bozalis received her J.D. from Southern Methodist
University Dedman School of Law in 2005, where she
was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, an international
legal fraternity. She received her Bachelor of
Business Administration from Southern Methodist
University in 2000, with honors, and was a member of
the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society and a recipient
of the Mustang Award, a merit-based scholarship.
While in law school, Ms. Bozalis acted as a student
attorney in the SMU Legal Clinic. Additionally, she
was a member of the Corporate Law Association,
participated in the Jackson Walker Moot Court
competition and interned at the Dallas County
District Attorney's office.
