Kevin C. Moran joined Shamoun & Norman, LLP in
2008. Prior to joining S&N, he worked as an
attorney for a commercial real estate
development firm, where he concentrated on
business formation and counsel, contract
preparation, and real estate transactions and
disputes. Mr. Moran primarily practices in
commercial litigation.
Mr. Moran received his Juris Doctor from The
John Marshall School of Law, where he served on
the Executive Board for The Law Journal of
Computer and Information Law, was a member the
Honors Moot Court Competition and Negotiation
Teams, and was listed on the Dean’s Honor Roll.
While in law school, Mr. Moran gained legal
experience working for a general practice
commercial litigation and business transactions
firm in Chicago, Illinois.
Prior to law school, Mr. Moran earned a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Business Economics from the
University of Texas in 2003 and was an active
participant in the School of Economics
Leadership Program.
