C. Gregory Shamoun
serves as the President of C. Gregory Shamoun, P.C.,
the Managing Partner of Shamoun & Norman, LLP. Over his
nineteen year legal career, Mr. Shamoun has successfully represented both plaintiffs
and defendants in a variety of complex litigation
matters.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Shamoun worked as
a real estate broker and earned a Masters in
Business Administration from the Dallas Baptist
University. Possessing a strong business
background, Mr. Shamoun has represented a variety of
clients, ranging from small businesses to large
companies, in numerous transactions.
Mr. Shamoun

Represented insureds (vast majority of Defendants) closing agents in $9.3 million loan fraud case, with strong reservation of rights involved, resulting in a $50,000.00 settlement.

Company, Inc. for ten (10) years.

Exploration Company, Inc. in various oil and gas
transactional and litigation matters.

Represented successors to a corporation that disposed of its assets to a subsidiary of a major U.S. corporation in a 368(a)(1)(C) reorganization in consideration of common stock of, the parent corporation prior to its announcement of errors and irregularities (leading to a restatement of earnings exceeding $900 million and a sharp decline in its stock price) in litigation against it and its former financial auditors wherein total claims made by all parties against any and all other parties exceed $3 billion.

Represented former vice president of New York based fashion licensing company in breach of contract and slander per se suit in the Supreme Court of New York, obtaining $1 million judgment.

Represented Dallas investment company in securities fraud litigation arising from the restatement of financial statements and breach of covenants regarding the use of proceeds arising out of a $300,000 investment by it in a California pharmaceutical technology company.
